From walking in and being greeted by Kristen, to Doctor Smith drilling out your cavities. You’re treated with amazing care. The moment Doctor Smith grabs his tools you can tell he takes tremendous pride in his work. Very happy I found him.

After decades of poor experience with dentists, I have to say that Dr. Smith and his office staff are a true breath of fresh air. Everyone's been very friendly and professional. He listens to my thoughts and addresses my needs appropriately. Both he and his staff follow up with me after a procedure to see how I'm doing. When I needed an emergency surgery due to a badly abscessed tooth and they didn't have time in his schedule, he had his staff call around other local dentists to find someone who could address my immediate need. My only regret with seeing Dr. Smith is not having had him as my dentist much sooner.

Best dentist in the Wilkes Barre Area! Dr. Ian and his team in that office are by far the best our area has to offer. After a root canal gone bad, a replacement cap falling off and having my mouth cut up by multiple other dentists in our area I needed a second opinion on having another cap put on my molar. I scheduled an emergency consultation with Dr. Ian, after a thorough examination he told me that the molar was not worth saving since it was infected. (Mind you the other dentist wanted to slap another cap on it for $800 plus another $$) Dr. Ian and his team took care of me and having anxiety from being cut up by other dentists made me feel uneasy. His team was reassuring and when I went for the molar extraction I did not feel a single thing. They were patient with me the entire time and explained the procedure beforehand. I recovered in just a few short days and I have honestly never felt better in my life. I was suffering in pain for over a year but it was worth going to Dr. Ian for help. Dr. Ian and his team not only care about your teeth but your overall well being. I am starting a treatment process with him to care for my mouth when no one else has ever mentioned a thing beforehand. I am lucky to have found Dr. Ian and he will now be my family dentist for generations to come. I recommend him to anyone that feels unsatisfied with their current dentist.

Dr. Smith is the best dentist I have ever had in my 64 years. He takes time to make sure you are completely satisfied and offers all possible options for potential procedures.
